The Big Apple, The City That Never Sleeps – New York City has something for every traveler. It has art galleries, museums to some of the world’s best restaurants and bars. New York is so vibrant, charming, and predictably unpredictable! Below are some of my recommendations from our last trip — enjoy!

STAY//

We stayed at NOMO Soho this time around and loved it. The hotel is trendy, edgy yet glamorous all at the same time. The main restaurant is breathtaking. It has beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, a wonderful bar with exquisite drinks and a backdrop of a love wall that reminds us all the be spreading the love wherever we go.

The rooms are very clean and nicely designed. They have a beautiful white and blue theme that makes it feel refreshing and like you’re staying in a cloud. They’re also nice and quiet which doesn’t always come easy in NYC.

Soho is one of my favorite areas in NYC and NOMO is perfectly located. It’s walking distance to a variety of great restaurants, shopping with boutiques and larger stores, and cute cafes.

They have a penthouse suite (pictures below) that is simply breathtaking! It’s 1,100 square feet and located on the 26th floor which is the highest view in all of Soho. With floor to ceiling windows, two private balconies, an open kitchen and designs that are sleek and modern, you will never want to leave.

The open-air terrace space features two separate patios with two different views. The 250-square-foot north patio offers sights of the Hudson River and Midtown, while the 750-square-foot south patio has views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Financial District – including One World Trade Center.

This is a wonderful place to host an event or party as well. Please reach out for exclusive rates and amenities through SS Gold!

WEAR//

I had a mix of outfits on this trip because of the different gatherings we had to go on. I would say I wish I would have brought some more flat sneakers because the roads were not clean and it would have been a lot more comfortable.

Below are some photos of my outfits and links to get the same look! I also included some flats that I wish I would have packed!

I just bought this carryon and it’s everything!! It fits so much and it’s very light to begin with that. That’s a huge plus for me because it’s easier to lift and get around. It spins in all directions and is easy to maneuver around the airport. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a carryon!
